Kandang Ayam Pokmas Intan Berlian

This project perfectly encapsulates our core belief in making ecological cycles visible and actionable. Supported by a CSR initiative, this facility is entrusted to a tightly-knit, highly dedicated community group (Pokmas). The focus here is simple and practical: managing everyday household food waste and turning it into something useful for the neighborhood. By feeding their kitchen scraps to the chickens, the residents participate in a natural cycle that rewards them with fresh eggs and healthy compost. To give the community a sense of pride, we designed the coop based on the iconic shape of the local Damar Kurung lantern. It is a modest structure, yet it beautifully shows how a small, united community can build a more resilient way of living together.
